WHAT IS
vedic meditation?
AN effortless techniquE
Vedic Meditation is a simple, easy and natural technique. Unlike other meditation techniques, there is no need to empty the mind, concentrate, focus, or sit rigidly in uncomfortable positions. It doesn't require the use of apps, videos, or audio guides.

You sit comfortably with your eyes closed, silently repeating a personalized mantra given by the teacher, which allows the mind to step beyond thought and experience rest up to five times deeper than sleep.
In this blissful state, the body and mind naturally begin to rejuvenate, releasing accumulated stress, tension, and fatigue.

Radiate Life For All to Enjoy
the practice
You practice this technique for just 20 minutes, twice a day—one session in the morning and one session in the late afternoon.
It´s not a technique designed for monks in secluded mountains. It’s made for people like us who lead modern lives, with careers, relationships, responsibilities and passions - anyone can do it.
the tradition
Vedic Meditation has its origins in the Veda, an ancient body of knowledge that dates back over 5,000 years. The Vedas are the source of all Indian philosophy, yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda.
Vedic knowledge teaches that we already have everything we need to be healthy, calm, and happy, because that is our natural state. We claim this inner fulfillment by aligning with the rhythms of nature—remembering that true health and happiness are sourced within ourselves.

why meditate?

Reduced Stress and Anxiety
Meditation reduces the stored stress in our body and mind, expanding our capacity not only to meet the demands of daily life but to thrive within them.

As we strategically release stress, we create a new relationship with our experiences, freeing us from engaging with the world from a state of stress.

Adaptability and creativity
Adaptability comes naturally as we create more space for creativity and innovation.
This is why meditation has long been used as a tool for expanding the mind, encouraging relevant action, and enhancing our natural capacity to rejuvenate.

Better sleep and quality rest
The deep levels of rest achieved during meditation allow the body to release stored physical, chemical, and emotional stresses that may have been present for years.
Twenty minutes of meditation can be equivalent to several hours of sleep, allowing the body to self-repair, heal, and restore balance.

happiness and Connection
As we meditate, we begin to experience a sense of fulfillment in our daily lives.
We stop seeking fulfillment in things outside ourselves and naturally develop a state of baseline happiness and deep inner contentment.

As we find fulfillment within, we start to connect with everything around us from a more loving and compassionate state.
